MRC-des-Collines-de-l’Outaouais police chase leads to senseless carnage!
Sad story. See Ottawa Sun and Citizen. Why on earth would the police chase a young driver suspected of drinking and driving? These senseless deaths and injuries would not have occured but for the police pursuit. What were they thinking???
